Presently working as an “Executive / Administrative Assistant” from “Micro Merger Pvt. Ltd” at “Polio Emergency Operation Center (PEOC) Sindh Karachi” for last 05 years to give assistance to “Executive Management” regarding regular activities/meetings in which I have few responsibilities which are mentioned below.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  To arrange hotel reservations, visas, air tickets for foreign meetings of core team and maintained master files to share with management and with other team members of the organization’s staff.

 To communicate & schedule/organize Minister Health/CEO/Chairperson/management’s meetings with local/nationwide and foreign delegations for the achievements of organizational goals/targets as well as to provide necessary materials required by participants in the meetings.

 To maintain calendar/planner of senior level appointments, contribute the dispatching or transmitting of the incoming and outgoing mails/e-mail, letters, fax, reports, scanned copies, documents, preparing agendas, maintained attendance sheets and minutes of the meetings as well as arranging conference rooms for Core team/Minister for Health/ management’s meetings.

 To Perform clerical duties and personal assistance for the CEO to do administrative tasks or to ensure up to date records/information list for contacting with Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners, Health Officers and other key stakeholders to convene meetings with them.
