EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT / ADMIN ASSISTANT AT EOC SINDH KARACHI SINCE JUNE 2017 TILL DATE:
Presently working as an “Executive / Administrative Assistant” from “Micro Merger Pvt. Ltd” at “Polio Emergency Operation Center (PEOC) Sindh Karachi” for last 05 years to give assistance to “Executive Management” regarding regular activities/meetings in which I have few responsibilities which are mentioned below.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To arrange hotel reservations, visas, air tickets for foreign meetings of core team and maintained master files to share with management and with other team members of the organization’s staff.
To communicate & schedule/organize Minister Health/CEO/Chairperson/management’s meetings with local/nationwide and foreign delegations for the achievements of organizational goals/targets as well as to provide necessary materials required by participants in the meetings.
To maintain calendar/planner of senior level appointments, contribute the dispatching or transmitting of the incoming and outgoing mails/e-mail, letters, fax, reports, scanned copies, documents, preparing agendas, maintained attendance sheets and minutes of the meetings as well as arranging conference rooms for Core team/Minister for Health/ management’s meetings.
To Perform clerical duties and personal assistance for the CEO to do administrative tasks or to ensure up to date records/information list for contacting with Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners, Health Officers and other key stakeholders to convene meetings with them.
Has worked in PTCL contact Centre as a Master/Skills development /Soft Skills/customer services/ Marketing trainer/ Motivational Speaker since from “E Square Services” at Pakistan Telecommunication Company Ltd (PTCL) Contact Center Karachi (Group of Etisalat) August 2007 - June 2017
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To deal with frontend customers in-person or virtual regarding company’s products and a key stakeholder to have public relations with customers/consumers for organization’s objective.
To train newly hired/appointed staff as well as existing staff of “PTCL” like Customer Care Officers, Floor supervisors, Floor managers, Assistant Managers, Managers, senior managers, about excellent Soft Skills, Customer Services, Sales, Billing and Marketing of the products.
To Prepare & develop Quiz/training material / manuals/ presentations PPT/scripts and shared with management as well as to prepare teams for ISO 9001-2008 external audits as well as quarterly internal audits for QMS.
To conduct successful coaching/counseling sessions of customer cares officer’s/Floor supervisor’s/Floor managers on areas of improvements on weekly basis after that fetch the result of training effectiveness/satisfaction and training evolution’s and then share with top management as well.
I had worked in evening shift for 6 months (5th-June-2012 till 31st-December-2012) as a Master trainer as well as quality evaluator in “K- Electric 118 Response center Karachi” formerly known as “KESC 118 Response center Karachi” from “Outsource Solutions Pvt Ltd” at Karachi Electric Supply Company (K-Electric-118 Response Center Karachi) and there my responsibilities were to train Customer Care Officers, Supervisors, and Managers about technical support/soft Skills of “K- Electric 118 Response Center Karachi” in bound Response center/call center as well as to evaluate Customer Care Officer’s Calls as per quality standards.
