working in a Contracting company as marketing & Resource Planning for human resources and equipments, my job is to get the requirement, search the manpower according to requirement locally for SABIC, ARAMCO, SPC, MARAFIQ, OLAYAN DESCON, SAUDI BIN LADEN GROUP, Al-SUWAIDI and so many other companies. i am also preparing the resumes and conducting the general interview myself to evaluate the manpower according to their crafts. Planning the schedule with the clients for interviews and mobilizations.
Handle self correspondence, manpower database, draw the sketches and report to project manager.
Controlling the manpower, hiring the manpower, prepare mobilization & demobilization plan. logistic services.
my major subject in graduation was Economics and also i got good marks in English also.
i learned in this institute, Ms.word, Excel, Power point, CorelDraw, and internet. after this i teach there as computer instructor office automation and corel draw.
i completed my computer diploma under semi govt. organization named Fauji Foundation Institue of computer sciences for 1 year, our major subjects were QBASIC, FOXPRO, C/C++, COBOL, SAD.
