 Check the visiting form fulfillment, guide visitors in doing this guestbook filling.
 Receive phone calls; direct them to the right recipients.

 Monitor and maintain inventory supplies in the office, including the responsibility to or-der next stuff.
 Arrange the time and contact the specialists for equipment maintenance and repair.
 Type, Scan copy documents.
 Offer secretarial support to executive staff.
 Have responsibility to maintain the working environment hygiene.
 Have responsibility to monitor office recycling facilities.
 Consulted with superior to resolve the problem and I also manage it.
 Perform others related duties assigned by the management team.

 Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
