• All marketing support both administrative & marketing approves by our management under the guidance of me & all marketing support goes to the field through our department.

. Assist Director, HR & Admin in Planning & Developing HR policies, guidelines & systems.
• Coordinate recruitment and selection process.
• Maintain updated personal information, performance management system, leave management and other personnel affairs.
• Maintain computerized Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS) database.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, half yearly or annual manpower report, Interview assessment, Confirmation assessment etc.
• Handle conflicts, disciplinary procedures etc.
Coordinate with Accounts, Product Management Department, Commercial, Distribution and IT etc. for solving any problem.
• Making yearly appraisal with the help of Director, Marketing & VP, HR & Admin.
• Computer literate in Windows, MS office, Power Point, Internet & E-mail
Till now my job is continue.
• Promote the company’s product into the doctor’s front.
• Directly involve with sales & implementing the company strategy ultimate goal is to achieve the territories target.
• Collect the order from different corner of my territory & submitting the order into the sales office for product delivery.
• Gather product knowledge and share to the doctors for prescribing our company’s product.
• Handle the product complain efficiently & satisfy the customer in favor our company’s favor.
