Responsible for project planning, project description/scope, project cost, procurement, conceptual design, cost estimation, preparation of tendering and bidding documents, bid evaluation reports, Prepares and updates monthly individual project performance reports, review & approval of detailed engineering drawings prepared by the contractor, preparation of schematic and interconnection diagrams and supervision of SCADA & Telecom (including Data Center, SAS system, Optical fiber cable, PA/GA system, CCTV (video surveillance network architecture), outside plant cabling, access control, IP Telephony, RTU, PLC, tele protection Traffic signal, PABX) and Instrumentation and Control (I&C) Projects
Responsible for Design review, Installation, testing. Commissioning, site supervision witnessing of SAS and Telecom system.
Responsible for project planning, conceptual design, cost estimation, preparation of tendering and bidding documents, bid evaluation reports, review & approval of detailed engineering drawings prepared by the contractor, preparation of schematic and interconnection diagrams and supervision of SCADA & Telecom (including SAS system, Optical fiber cable, PA/GA system, CCTV, IP Telephony, RTU, PLC, teleprotection, Traffic signal, PABX) and Instrumentation and Control (I&C) Projects.
Responsible for commissioning, inspection, site supervision activities.
Coordination of activities related to scope of work, enquiries, evaluation of offers, supporting and reporting to the technical manager in liaison with the respective project manager for placing orders, coordination of design with suppliers and design department, follow up approval & supervision of work execution at site.
Coordination with clients, utility personnel, manufacturers’ representatives and others as required when carrying out above work.
Coordination with planning Engineer, project manager in updating progress reports and project schedules
Hand on experience of following Field Instruments Calibration and maintenance.
3 Element control loop, Steam pressure loop, Furnace pressure loo, Dearator Level & Pressure loop, Pressure & Temperature loop, Oxygen analyzers, Steam Totalizing loops, Boiler control panel. Auto condensing cooling system, PH defecation loop. Brix & temperature loop
