Attend the Expo & Exhibition by representing the company
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested

Managing the organizations Social Media accounts and email campaigns
Sell Accreditation.
Create daily lead sources.
Making sales presentation with corporate for enhancement of business development.
Maintain standard performance for achieving the business targets.
Responsible for create awareness of Brand image internally and externally.
Use sales techniques that maximize the revenue while maintain existing customer loyalty.
Responsible for pre event coordination with production team.
Travelling to onsite inspection on project managing events.
Being responsible for all event budgets from start to finish.
Ensuring excellent client service and quality service delivery.
Setting, Communication and maintaining timelines and priorities on every event.
I'm a MBA graduate with the specialization of IT and Marketing. And also i have 1 year of experience in sales,marketing&customer service.
