Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
• Prepare financial statements/ MIS reports
• Process invoices
• Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Update internal systems with financial data
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Reconcile bank statements/ Payment platforms
• Participate in financial audits
• Track bank deposits and payments
• Assist with budget preparation
• Review and implement financial policies
• Managing branch operations and employees of different branches.
• Providing training to new employees.
• Responsible to deal with investments and new accounts every day.
• Responsible for directing the use of the latest technology and procedures hence increasing the client services at higher rates.
• Responsible for administrative and accounting duties in a financial institution by organizing and coordinating banking services.
• Collaborate with heads of other units to develop best practices for successful banking operations.
• Delegate tasks to members of the operations team.
• Create and implement long term business plan to ensure continuity of business operations in the long run
