Operation & Monitoring of BESS & PV Substation equipment’s including, issuing safety works permit, troubleshooting, monitoring etc. Supervision of multiple Bess batteries module installation inside of battery rack of the container. Managing the Grid Power via DC’s to increasing and decreasing the power of Solar farm and Bess System as per load requirements. Operation and monitoring the Energy management System to manage the load requirement. Operation of Renewable energy system including Bess & photovoltaic (PV). Experience in large scale 102MW Solar power system. Solid understanding of Inverters and DC converters as part of Bess Project. Understanding of Inverter control, fast response, PQ curves, AVC, AGC, AVR and operational standards. Testing and Operation of Power transformer, Circuit Breaker, Auxiliary batteries, Dc charging cabinet, Ups distribution supply. Good knowledge of single line drawings and equipment specifications including transformers, MCC, switchgear, substation equipment’s Able to perform independently complete equipment switching, shutdown and completely isolation of 110, 33 KV buses transform power without any interruption. Operation of HV, MV GIS and LV Circuit Breaker. Maintaining various records such as monthly operating reviews, daily log sheets, etc.
Testing and Operation of Power Transformer, Auxiliary Transformers. Inspection of Boiler, Turbine, Coal mill, Centrifugal pumps, motors. Performed plant routine checks and identify abnormalities in routine operation of the plant equipment and auxiliaries and informing to Shift engineer. Prepare and update work permit, work instructions and equipment check lists on MIS. Maintained the equipment and apparatus in safe, clean and healthy operating conditions in order to achieve reliable operation. Handle safety measures and ensured tag out & lock out during isolation of equipment for maintenance as per work permit. Contributed to appropriate studies, analyses and recommend actions for improvement of the system. Monitor all parameter and record readings on log sheets, compared and analyzed with the running parameters for easy troubleshooting.
