• Respond to inquiries from customers and technical support regarding functions and operations of Computer Systems.
• Purchase IT related devices and accessories from local market.
• Installation and Maintenance of LaserJet, Dot-matrix, Stand-Alone printers, Xerox printers e.g. B8045, B8170 and C8170.
• Installation and configure bar code& ID Card printer.
• Install, configure, and share network printers.
• Backup and restore via windows and 3rd party solution e.g. Acronis true image & Norton ghost.
• Provides support to the end users on variety of issues.
• Application Software Installation according to the customer requirements.
• Assist/Guide clients through phone inquiries (Helpdesk Support)
• Maintain Master inventory and contacts List every day.
