• Conducting Failure Investigations, Correction and Preventative Action (CAPA).

• Developing Skills of ERP - System Application Product (SAP) to become a Power User of QM Module.
• To Make Mill Test Certificate (MTC) for direct Customers (in the absence of Manager).
• Improvement in respect of reliability of testing equipment’s and availability of spares
• To create Material Purchase Requisitions (MPR) and Reservation in SAP ensuring the smooth flow of equipment’s and spares.
• Ensure the Timely Calibration is being performed, Maintaining Records, Stock Instrument/Equipment Handling and Record Keeping, according to ISO 9001:2015
• Ensure the Smooth Out-Source Testing with complete responsibility and understanding of Procedure of Letters, Invoice and Payment and Technical Knowledge.
• Evaluation of relevant testing service providers in the market for outsources testing.
• Skillful Execution of all the the testing instruments available in Mechanical Lab.
• Provide Trainings to and support the development of staff (QC Inspectors) to ensure awareness of QC procedures that meet the company requirements
• Projects at ASML
1) Inspection of Hydrogen Tank (Bottom-Shelf-Top) (UT - Ultrasonic - WM2) in compliance with ASME Sec V and JIS Standard Book.
2) Non-Destructive Examination (Dye Penetrant Examination - DPT) of Batch Annealing Furnace Base in compliance with ASME Sec V, Article 6.
3) Failure Analysis of Work Roll (Forged Steel Cr3) including Visual and Non Destructive Testing with Format Report.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• To Assure the quality of CRC (Cold Rolling Coils) in terms of Thickness, Hardness and Workability
• To Calibrate and Perform the Testing Equipment’s according to the standards.

• Manage and Control the documentation regarding Inspection & Testing.
• To Inspect the Raw Materials and claiming the material not matching with requirement of standards
• Ensure the Sampling and Testing to be performed (Outdoor Testing) and Report them to HOD.
• Maintain quality standards.
