Working Grade and Responsibilities
Representing client as Raw Mill Section Head.
Responsible for smooth shift operation of Raw Mill, Crushers, Stacker and Reclaimer Operation.
To prepare & maintain the record of the Daily Raw Material Crushing, Reclaiming and Raw Meal Consumption.
To prepare daily, weekly and monthly report for total production and consumption.
To prepare the Roasters for Attendants and Operators during operation and plant shutdown.
To achieve the quality and production targets on priority basis.
Coordinate with maintenance and services department during operation and shutdown.
Supervision of refractory jobs done during kiln shutdowns.

It was the First Major project of Polysius Germany in Pakistan, Plant having capacity of 7200TPD which is currently Pakistan’s Largest Unit having latest Plc by ABB Switzerland.
DOROL Vertical RawMill having capacity 560 TPH and DOROL Vertical Coal Mill having capacity 50 TPH for Coal grinding. POLRO Kiln ( 78*5.2 m) 7200 TPD clinker production plant .Double string Pre heater with inline Calciner.Polytrack Cooler with Roller Crusher in center.2 Vertical Cement Mills LM 53.3+3 by Loesche, Germany having capacity of 200TPH each.
Working Grade and Responsibilities
Represented client as Commissioning Engineer.
Participated as a Team Leader for the commissioning of Raw Mill (DOROL 560 tons/hr (Raw Meal) by Polysius, Germany.
Participated as a Team Leader for the commissioning of Coal Mill (DOROL 50 Tons/hr by Polysius, Germany).
Supervised ‘Pre-heater and Kiln’ Refractory work with SIRC (Siam) experts.
Performed duties for the commissioning of Cement Mills (two vertical mills LM 53.3+3 by Loesche, Germany) with Loesche commissioning engineer.

It was a turnkey Project having capacity of 3700TPD which was erected,
Commissioned and atomized by F.L Smidth Denmark, ABB Switzerland and
LOESCHE Germany.ATOX-40 V.R.Mill, 275TPH and LOESCHE Vertical Mill LM20, 2D, 30 TPH for coal grinding. Kiln (64*4.15 m) 3700 TPD clinker production plant, single string 5 stage Pre heater tower with in-line Calciner. Grate Cooler (Coolax) with Hammer Crusher.
Cement Mill Uni Dan 175 TPH Ball mill.
Working Grade and Responsibilities
Represented client as Shift Engineer.
Taking over of shift charge (brief overview of plant operation).
Immediate attention towards any outstanding job.
Plant operation management (start/stop of the mill as per instruction/program).
Manpower handling.
Physical inspection of the plant equipment.
Supervision of the outstanding/routine jobs.
Communication & coordination with maintenance departments (Electrical/Mechanical).
Manage and ensure environmental, safety and health measures keeping close checks on PPE’S and ISO Standards.
Complete Co ordination with QA department to ensure Good results and to minimize customer complaints about finished product.
Issuance of work permits to carryout maintenance jobs.
Acceptance of job completion reports of maintenance departments.
Plant administration during evening and night shifts and public holidays.
Decision making on routine problems/faults during the operation.
Decision making during emergency situation.
Consultation with higher management in case of serious/critical problems.
Guidance to operation staff.
Preparation of shift report.
Supervision of shut down/break down jobs.
Implementation of Departmental policies.
Load management.
Maintain discipline.
Prepare inspection reports.
Representing client as Chief Raw Mill in Production.
Responsible for smooth operation of Kiln, Raw Mill, Cement Mill And Packing Plant, Crushers, Stacker and Reclaimer regarding feed output and KWT.
