Develops project objectives by looking over project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
Interact daily with the consultant and client to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them
in the field.
Prioritizing and organizing project tasks into the required timeline.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by imposing procedures, rules, and regulations.
Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, and personnel’s performance) and
report regularly on project status.
Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide
assistance and technical support.
Ensure all the material should available to avoid any suspension of work.
Assign responsibilities and mentor project team.

It is located on the trunk of the manmade island and will include 481 rooms and suites and more than
220 furnished residences along with six luxury villas.
Each of the rooms and suites located on 16 floors will be exquisitely crafted to meet the needs of the
most discerning travelers. All rooms will feature floor-to-ceiling glazed windows, and sliding glass
doors that open out to panoramic vistas of the Dubai skyline and the beach or the extensively landscaped
gardens.
It also includes Lobby Lounge, Patisserie, All Day Dining, Italian Restaurant, Asian Restaurant, Beach
Club, Pool Bar, Spa Café, Rooftop Lounge and Night Club.
700 sq.m main ballroom, catering for up to 400 guests located on 14th floor, with dual aspect,
panoramic views, 300 sq.m pre-function area, 7 fully-equipped meeting rooms and a business lounge
with the latest technology.
Receives training and performs duties in several departments such as Production, Manufacturing, Quality & Inspection and Operations.
Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of all manufacturing processes and production equipment.
Worked as a contributing member to the daily activities of the plant teams.
Learns line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.
Review drawings and engineering documents.
Understand different methods for evaluating the material to meet quality standards.
Ensure clean and safe environment through training.
