➢ Preparing a preliminary schedule of works with necessary milestones.

➢ Preparation and presentation of daily & weekly progress reports.
➢ Highlighting the Project Manager about the delays & ask them to take necessary Preventive
steps.
➢ Preparing the Recovery Schedules as and when required.
➢ Review all Line lists, P&ID Drawing, Isometric and Pipe support drawing for the schedule
point of view.
➢ Monitoring/discuss project status; reviewing during the course of project review meetings.
➢ Timely Project review with Project Manager & Management highlighting the site issues and
requirements.
➢ Tracing & monitoring the critical path and its analysis.
➢ Dealing with different agencies like contractors, supplier and internal department for smooth
execution of job.

➢ Evaluate allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain required progress.

preparation of payment statements & get it approved by the client before demobilization from
the site.
➢ Prepare scope of work (SOW) for the plant Static Equipment and make subsequent
amendments as recommended by other related departments (viz., Operations I Inspection).
➢ Prepare Manpower/ Equipment Histogram & Organization charts based on the nLeveled"
schedule.
➢ Attend Final Project meetings & provide analysis for final payment settlement for all jobs
carried out including additional works.
➢ Prepare Work Packages of individual equipment consisting of all Technical details viz., P &
IDs, Bill of Material, site requirements such as Scaffolding I Insulation I Crane's, NDT, etc.
➢ Manage all Scheduling, Planning & Analysis, Budgeting, Costing, Management reporting,
Site expenses, Logistics of all manpower, equipment & material from and to the site.
➢ Liaise with Materials Engineer for processing of Project Material requisitions.
