2. Maintenance & New installation of Refrigeration Plant and Freon Chiller Units

4. New extension project work includes flooring, wall panel installation, new refrigeration plant installation, Piping, Electrical Cabling & Control Panel, Ammonia & Glycol Evaporator installation

1) Looking after the operation & maintenance of Refrigeration Plant
2) Leaded & Monitored third party installation of New Ammonia Accumulator (600kW @ -430C) in our current Refrigeration Setup
3) Leaded & Monitored third party installation & commissioning of TWO New Grasso Compressor Packages at our Refrigeration Setup
i. High Stage Compressor Package: 1084.9 Ref KW
ii. Swing Compressor Package: 1032 Ref KW
4) Working on energy conservation & replacement of Evaporator Coils for Cold Stores
5) Responsible for Maintaining Line Efficiency >90% for Refrigeration Plant

2) Leaded the Development & Construction Projects of New Prayer Area, Hot Air Generator Foundation and Generator Room & Electrical Sub Station.
3) Leaded the Standard & Hygienic Piping Execution along with BOQ & Tender making, Procurement and Test Run of Home & Personal Care Project.
4) Tracking of all Mechanical & Civil Projects running in the factory and maintaining tracker sheet of each project.
