2009-2012: Senior Manager Quality Assurance Bhai Pheru Plant
Major responsibilities
• To maintain the consistency in all products w.r.t Quality, Stability, Orgenoleptically and safety by the monitoring of process parameters and recipe.
• To fine tune the existing products, like UHT Milk, Tea Whitener,
Yoghurt, UHT Cream, Cheese, and Juices, by using different stabilizers, thickeners, and emulsifiers, to make them cost effective.
• Ensure production runs in timely manner and meet Quality Assurance Specifications.
• To ensure the QA Operation within established budgets through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities and material.
• To deliver trainings and monitoring of the Training Plan on Hygiene, GLP, GMP and Food Safety Management Systems.

2008-2009: Senior Manager Quality Assurance Milk Collection & Agri Services
Major responsibilities
• To establish the field quality Control labs (25 labs) and collection of raw milk as per HFL quality acceptance norms.
• To implement reviewed Quality norms for the acceptance of raw milk at the field labs as well as plant labs.
• To develop and implement the new quality control test to overcome the adulterations in milk
• To control the transit loses of raw milk.

2005-2007: Quality Assurance Manager Rahim Yaar Khan
Major responsibilities
• To finalize the layout plans of Raw Milk Reception Lab, Process Lab, Micro Lab and Incubation Lab.for the new plant at Rahim Yar Khan
• To arrange and maintain the inventory of equipments, glassware and chemicals for all the labs.
• To establish a Documented Quality System and Quality plans.
• To establish the standards for processes (During the commissioning of the Processing unit, Bottle Plant, and Spray Dryer powder Plant with the coordination of TETRA PAK, CANDIA FRANCE, Anhydro)
• Implementation of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), to get the quality and safe products.

2002-2005: Deputy Manager Quality Assurance Bhai Pheru Plant

• Managing a team of 03 shift chemists and 15 Lab Technicians.
