Pre-contract responsibilities include preparation of Bill of Quantities; quantity take-off; cost estimates; tender documentation; technical and commercial evaluation of tenders; etc. Post contract responsibilities involved contract administrations; reviewing contract requirements; assessment; review and certification of interim payments; variations; analysis of rates; computation of quantities based from design drawings & specifications, cost controlling; CVR reports; suppliers & subcontractor procurement; project cash flow and monitoring the cost and budgets; labour productivity; statement at completion & final payments; project closeout with necessary documentation on a variety of projects including High-rise buildings residential buildings; commercial buildings; industrial buildings; Infrastructure works and Oil & Gas projects etc. Furthermore, I have good knowledge of internationally recognized methods of measurement: - POMI, CESMM3, SMM, and working knowledge on various forms of contract e.g., FIDIC and governments Contracts like DREC, ADNOC, GASCO, etc., and their application in contract administration
• Preparing cost estimating, and cost planning to detail take off and pricing, rate analysis, compute and identify labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, specifications, and related documents.
• Preparation of BOQ as per Standard Method of Measurement of construction works.
• Contract administration and claims.
• Prepare produce claim for variations and changes.
• Prepare and submit project progress invoices, IPC, Final Payment Certificate based on contract agreement.
• Cost Controlling and monitoring the budget, risk management activity.
• Control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
• Forecasting the cost on completion.
• Settlement of final account and contract close-out.
• Submission of tender proposal as per contract invitation.
• Preparing in cash flow in & out flows.
• Reconciliation of labour, material, plant, and sub-contractors.
• Value engineering proposals.
• Attend internal and external Pre-commencement Contract Meetings.

• Liaison with estimating to take responsibility of the projects pre-contract, and post-contract from contract award through to Final Account agreement, implementation of commercial/contractual matters within a multi-disciplinary team.
