COSTING AND BUDGETING RESPONSIBILITIES:
1- LEARN AND UPDATE PRODUCT COMPOSITIONS AND COMPLIANCE MANUALS.
2- COST ACCUMULATION AND EVALUATION ON MONTHLY BASIS AND OTHER CUT OFFS.
3-DRAFTING A INDIVIDUAL BUDGETS FOR COST CENTERS WITH REFERENCE TO APPROVED DEMANDS.
4- BUDGETARY CONTROL ALONG WITH REVISION OF STANDARD INFORMATION.
5- INTERNAL REPORTING WITH RESPECT TO PROCESS AND COST MANAGEMENT RECOMMENDATIONS.
BLUE SKY CONSTRUCTIONS JOB ROLE:
1- SUPERVISE ALL FINANCIAL AND OPERATIONAL REPORTING PROCESS OF THE COMPANY.
2- CORRESPONDING WITH EXTERNAL PARTIES OUTSIDE THE ORGANIZATION.
3- COSTING TECHNIQUE IN REAL TIME ENVIRONMENT.
4-STAGE WISE AND CHRONOLOGICAL VARIANCE ANALYSIS AND EXPLANATIONS TO HIGHER MANAGEMENT.
5-RECCOMENDATIONS ON THE DETAILED ANALYSIS.
specific responsibilities are as follows:
1- Micro Credit complete acccounting.
2- application of international financial reporting standards on with respect to non profit organization.
3- Donor's complete reporting and key cutoff dates and whenever required.
4- Employee funds management.
I was assigned number of tasks in my firm experience tenure. Most highlighted are as follows:
1-Tax and corporate governance consultancy.
2- Corporate Audit: interim, quarterly and Annual Audit.
3- Internal Control and Risk Management consultancy.
4- Financial Reporting Services.
