a) Prepare the annual audit plan get it approved from audit committee

e) Review internal control and organization’s policies for any risks and suggest the improvements
f) Pre-audit all the transactions for the accuracy & compliance with internal policies & relevant laws & regulations
a) Prepare investment documents, get approval from the Board and co-ordinate with bank for investments.

c) Scrutinize and process the medical reimbursement claims and other payments

f) Prepare monthly premium collection reports

h) Maintain the accounting records for the audit trials
i) Prepare the adjusting and closing entries at the year end to close accounts.

m) Co-ordinate with internal as well as external stakeholders

a) Perform the internal audit and prepare their reports

c) Scrutiny foundation protocol policy and recommend the amendment if required
d) Review the field plans and their budgets in the light of foundation policy
e) Pre-check field advances and their settlements.

g) Scrutiny of tax deductions at source
h) Scrutiny of employees medical reimbursement claims
i) Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders of the foundation (i.e. vendors, auditors etc)
j) Pre-audit of all subsidy documents in accordance with foundation’s policy
k) Review tender documents prior to signing of contract and prepared the detail analysis
a) Perform the external audit of the clients
b) Discuss the audit observations with the Supervisor and clients
c) Prepare the audit reports
d) Maintain the audit working papers
a) Prepare the monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and yearly progress reports against targets
b) Plan the material and services in the SAP for projects & raise material requisition on the portal
c) Allocate the fleet and human resources to the different projects of 6 IBCS
d) Scrutinize the files of the different projects before approval
e) Capitalization of different projects after their completion
f) Compile regional budget
g) Manage the regional petty cash
h) Co-ordination with vendors
