i) Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders of the foundation (i.e. vendors, auditors etc)
j) Pre-audit of all subsidy documents in accordance with foundation’s policy
k) Review tender documents prior to signing of contract and prepared the detail analysis

a) Prepare the monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and yearly progress reports against targets
b) Plan the material and services in the SAP for projects & raise material requisition on the portal
c) Allocate the fleet and human resources to the different projects of 6 IBCS
d) Scrutinize the files of the different projects before approval
e) Capitalization of different projects after their completion
