• Co-ordinate between the designer and the construction site for the mechanical side.
• Review the drawings on different mechanical systems, and do the necessary modification as per the site requirements.
• Modification and readjustment of the piping routes as replying on the site engineer’s queries.
• Preparation of Line list, Equipment List, Unit Description.
• Preparation of As-built drawings of different systems (Mechanical, Electrical & Civil) using the software Bentley micro station as per client standards.
• Design of piping system for chillers, boilers, cooling towers chilled water pumps, cooling water pumps.
• Preparation of Isometric drawings, Equipment layout drawings and piping layout drawings according to P&ID.
• Process and utility piping design in Bentley Engineering software (Autoplant, Autopipe) and 3D plant model review.
• Using latest 3D modeling modules (Autoplant) to generate isometric drawings of piping systems, Stress-isometrics (using Autopie) & Bill of materials.
• Designing structural supports for equipment and piping network.
• Modification and readjustments of the piping routes.
• Coordination of the onsite piping and support installation groups, and progress reporting.
• Developing CAD standards and standardized drawings (symbols, title blocks and layers) and associated project folders.
