Implement and monitor QMS across assigned projects.
Generate performance monitoring reports on monthly basis.
Develop KPI’s and report the Projects KPI’s status to senior management.
Conduct first and second party IMS audits.
Develop yearly audit plan for internal and 2nd party audits and ensure implementation.
Participate in performing assessment of service providers (suppliers and sub-contractors).
Coordinate / review project deliverables, Quality Assurance Plans and Control Procedures.
Develop PgQMP and PMP’s for assigned projects and ensure implementation.
Ensure the effective implementation of the ASTAD’s OMS procedures.
Develop projects specific QA/QC procedures, work instructions and templates.
Document Lessons learned and communicate across Organization through workshops.
Identify and close-out of quality risks in accordance with the risk management system.
Make recommendations to correct non-compliances and improve operating procedures.
Implementation of IMS trainings matrix.
Perform mid-year and end of year performance review and appraisal for subordinates.
Monitor implementation of ASTAD’s Quality requirements across all projects.
Document and Information management software EIMS and EDRMS Management and reporting. Implementation of Primavera Contracts manager for documents management.
Manage and administer implementation of SanagR (Web Based snagging tool ) across all projects in snagging stage
• Development and implementation of Quality management procedures for ISO 9001:2008 Certification.
Coordinate with certification body for QMS compliance audit and surveillance audits.
Schedule and conduct Internal and sub-contractors audits.
Compilation of technical submission for new tender invitations.
Coordinate with consultants and clients for conflicts resolution.
Coordinate and manage client and end user site visits during handover of project.
Manage team of QA/QC Engineers on all projects.
Help Project Quality Engineers in preparation of quality documents such as Method statements, Project quality plans, ITP’s, KPI’s, Quality reports, and management review presentations.
Compile KPI’s reports from projects and generate monthly quality dashboard for senior management.
Manage quality staff deployment and attend periodic client meetings.

Coordination with consultant for timely inspection and approvals of works and documents.
Preparation of Material submittals and follow-up for timely approvals.

Develop training materials & deliver training sessions on various Quality-related topics to project personnel.
Attend Weekly QA/QC meetings with the consultant and implement action plan solve quality issues.
Maintain and update projects documents Data base such as IR’s, RFI’s, MR’s and MIR’s etc.
Project Quality control for steel structure works.
Monitoring of onsite construction activities including all special industrial construction tasks.
Supervise construction of Super flat flooring for warehouse and coordinate with FACE consultant’s for testing.
Monitoring and supervision of PU industrial flooring and conduct necessary testing.
Monitor construction repairs using repair materials from Hilti, BASF, Fosroc etc.
Conducted Implementation and monitoring of Amana QMS at project site.
Preparation Of quality Documents such as method statements, inspection and testing plans, and logs.
Submission and follow of Inspection requires to consultant to ensure timely approval.
Coordinate with consultant for weekly management site walk.
Coordinate with independent laboratories for all types of project testing and follow up for test results
Maintain and update quality records.
Supervision of Site laboratory and QA/QC assistants.
Internal and consultant NCR’s follow-up and closing.
Ensured compliance of each activity and action with Project specifications and Nakheel requirements.
Successful implementation of HSE procedures at project and achieved zero accident goal.
In time preparation and submission of daily, weekly and Monthly reports.
Submissions of drawings, follow-up and approvals from consultant.
Meeting the clients Quality expectation for all Civil and Architectural activities.
Coordination between all stake holders, contractors and sub-contractors with minimizing time loss due to coordination.
Ensure timely material approvals to achieve no time loss due to material approval.
Established a quality documentation system and computerized database for access and control of documents.
Preparation of documents, Project procedures and Project quality plans for company’s new projects.
Assist Project manager for Preparation of contractual and technical correspondence with other Stake holders.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Preparation of project progress and quality reports for senior management.
Development and implementation of project handover stretigy.
Perform review of contractor’s quality documents, test reports and review logs.
Coordination between all stake holders through weekly and monthly meetings.
Established a documentation system and computerized database for access and control of documents.
Assist Project manager in responding to project stalk holders for contractual and technical queries.
Supervision of outstanding tasks and coordination with contractor for completion.
Manage testing and commissioning of Electro mechanical systems installed in the buildings.
Coordinate and manage end users visits and provide necessary assistance.
Coordinate with Asset management team for day to day post-handover and DLP activities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitoring of all site activities for project to achieve highest degree of client’s satisfaction.
Conduct site inspections and acquire acceptance of consultant, relevant authorities.
Preparation of logs and manage all quality documentations.
Preparation, submission and follow up of inspection request.
Implementation of corrective actions and monitor preventive actions.
Perform site testing of materials as per consultant’s requirements in accordance with project specifications.
Monitor and supervise concrete castings for all structural members.
Update QCM about quality issues and implement instructions at project.
Record test reports and review compliance with requirements.
Supervise the execution of the construction works.
Manage and allocate resources such as man power, machinery, equipment and Materials for achieving optimum efficiency and effective use.
Prepare IPC’s in coordination with QS engineer and followed up with consultant.
Provide Project Manager with daily progress reports and suggestions.
Update Procurement department in time to procure required materials and tools.
