• Preparation of pre-qualification documents, technical and financial proposals & contract agreements of various projects
• Maintenance of Business Development Documentations and Preparation of documents and contract review as described in QMS procedures
• Typing and Editing of various reports, letters, office orders and bill of quantities with the application of computer, as defined in the procedure of ACE-QMS
• To Prepare presentations by using the computer package of Power Point
• To ensure proper placements of records / documents of projects / work assigned in conformity with the ISO Procedures, Work Instructions and Quality Records & Manuals
• Preparation of News Letter, Annual Reports & Broachers.
