Currently I am part of Leveraged Support team at Injazat Data Systems.
I have been Providing Oracle Apps functional Support to various Clients like Twofour54, Abu Dhabi Tourism & Cultural Authority, Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority, Executive Affairs Authority Abu Dhabi and some other Govt Clients.
My role:
i. Providing solutions for simple to complex problems
ii. Work with Oracle Support for resolving the bugs in applications.
iii. Meeting new requirements/changes through effective change management
iv. Providing support for Finance and SCM
v. Assist the users in Month-end and year-end closing activities.
vi. Preparing day to day Ad-hoc reports
Note: I am currently working with Injazat on the payroll of another company Arowana Consulting.
About Project: Executive Affairs Authority (EAA) initiated a Project to Implement Oracle Apps in various subsidiaries. Implementation for Flash is completed successfully and it is now in Support phase in a managed service.
My Role: I worked as a Senior Functional Consultant to Implement SCM Modules for FLASH (an event management company working under EAA).
The project is completed Successfully and now in the phase of Managed Services. We provide support using a central Support service.
Responsibilities: My responsibility include
i. Setup and configure Oracle Apps SCM, In(R12.1)
ii. Develop various documents and deliverables including CV.10, BF.100, BF.125, , TE.40, BF.170 and MD 050,
iii. Setup the environment for CRP and UAT and conduct these activities
iv. Prepare User Guides and carry out the key-user and end-user trainings
v. Provide Post Implementation support onwards
Achievement: We have successfully implemented the SCM at FLASH and now it is in Managed Support Phase.
Note: I worked with Injazat on the payroll of another company Arowana Consulting.
During this period, I had to be with family as my wife had some serious health problems/risks. She needed the full time support.
I remained besides her in this time of difficulty and resumed back to my professional work from Dec-12 when she had recovered well.
During this time, I had done some remote consulting services that I could do from my home. This helped me keep in touch with my profession.
Responsibilities:
During the implementation, we worked with Satyam Consulting. My role was to get business requirements from Client and coordinate with the implementation team as a resource from client.
After implementation, I was in leading the support team for the support of R12 Oracle Finance and Supply chain Tracks. My responsibility include
i. Provide support for GL, AP, FA, CM, AP, AR and PO, Inventory, iProcurement and Procurement Contracts.
ii. Provide solutions to the customers for general problems
iii. Work on CRs when the client wants new functionalities to be implemented.
iv. Assist the users in Month-end closing activities.
v. Design and implement Interfaces and integration between Oracle Apps and Telecom Billing solutions
vi. Occasionally develop reports using Oracle Reports, Oracle BI-Publisher and Oracle Discoverer for various reporting requirements.
Achievements:
i. Achieved the Customer confidence in us by supporting and providing the on time solutions.
ii. Implemented the Procurement Contracts module as Change Request

ii. Provide solutions to the customers for general problems
iii. Working on implementation Issues and resolving them
iv. Assist the users in Month-end closing activities.
Achievements:
The users are satisfied and using Oracle as desired.
Responsibilities:
Lead Functional Support Team for Finance & Distribution Tracks. My responsibilities include
i. Provide support for GL, FA, AP, CM, PO and inventory modules.
ii. Provide solutions to new requirements through Change Orders
iii. Conduct Key User and End-Users training
iv. Although not a major responsibility, but occasionally developed reports for business.
v. Assist users in month-end closing activities.
Achievements:
i. Implemented Cash Management module
ii. Implemented the solution of BTS site rentals through Asset Books
iii. Setup and successfully demonstrated Invoice approval through AME
iv. Setup and conducted CRP for Requisition approval through AME
v. The operations run smoothly and the business never faced loss of service.
vi. We implemented all change Requests through effective change management so that the change was welcomed by user and we never faced any problem.
Responsibilities:
As a Lead Oracle Consultant (Distribution Track), my main
responsibilities include
i. Setup and configure Oracle Applications 11i version (11.5.10)
ii. Develop various documents and deliverables as per AIM such as RD 020, MD 050, BP 080, BP 090, RD 050, BR 100 etc
iii. Setup the environment for CRM and UAT and conduct these activities
iv. Prepare User Guides and carry out the key-user and end-user trainings
v. Manage and impart Post live support
Achievements:
i. Successfully implemented the Distribution track modules
ii. The EBS system went live successfully and became fully operational.
Note: I worked with International Computer Turnkey Systems (ITS)on the payroll of another company 3C's Private Limited.

Achievements:
i. Our team successfully Implemented Oracle Finance & Distribution at the 16 branches
ii. Implementation of an Add-On application, Patient Management System (PMS) in all branches. Application (PMS) is integrated with Oracle Purchasing/Inventory and Payables.
iii. The implementation was a major success and it is working live smoothly since year 2002.
As a team leader for the project, my responsibilities included
•Manage the programmers, assign programming tasks and report to MD of the company.
•Analyze the requirements of the new proposed system
•Design the new system architecture
•Proposed Database, Front end tool and the operating system to be used
Responsibilities:
My Responsibilities include
i. Develop Forms and Reports using Visual Basic and Crystal Reports
ii. Work with key and end users in finalization of requirements
iii. Implementation of the finally developed system at the Head office of Descon Engineering.
Achievements: Analysis and design of a new system at Descon Engineering
Developed and implemented the DeFineS at the client.
I was working as Lecturer for MSc Computer Science subjects in a local university.
In addition, I was doing some teaching assignments for different Courses including classes of BSc Computer Science.
Completed Various Short courses in Business & Accounting to aid in my job of a consultant for Oracle Applications Finance Modules.
M. Sc Computer Sc GPA 4.1/5 (81%) 1st position in the whole university among all the departments of the university.
Bachelor in Science with major in Computer Science.
