Coordinating with Construction Manager, supervision teams and ensures that all
necessary information is available prior to commencement of works.
* Perform a recon survey and Secondary Station, evaluate field data and the result
obtained.
* Supervise and direct topographic, construction engineering, land and building surveys.
Plan and analyze the collection of traverse, triangulation, leveling and isolated
computational or field boundaries.
* Digitalize field survey data into CAD programs and process CAD data into final protects.
* Responsible for all survey work pertaining to site development plan such as,
* In-charge with the use of the major survey instrument utilized in the field.
* Establishment of horizontal and vertical control points for fixed reference using Survey
Instruments.
* Conduct Topographic Survey.
* Profile and cross sectioning of areas by site construction area to determine portion to be
cut or fill for preparation of monthly progress accomplishment for monthly progress
billing.
* Lay-out and as-built all structure facilities based on designed plan such as, Portable water
pipe line, Drainage (GRP) pipe and other Underground facilities.
* Lay-out and setting out of vertical and horizontal alignment of concrete bridge.
* Technical and Progress meetings with Engineer/Contractor to discuss about progress,
technical problems and site obstructions.
* Providing technical advice for site staff's and contractors to solve the problems which
encounter at site.
* Monitoring drawings submission such as shop drawings, coordination drawings and as
built drawings.
* Preparing the daily, weekly and monthly progress/status reports.
* Report all survey activities of the project to the project manager on daily basis.
