Responsibilities include: • Monitoring and managing the compilation, editing, page making and finalization of the newspaper.

Responsibilities include: * Create headlines, subheads and photo captions for local, national and international news.
* Edited stories on current events and finalized layouts within deadline set for final prints.
* Assigned news assignments to reporters to go out on field and look for interesting news happening around the city.
* Evaluated all stories from reporters and edited them before being printed on the newspaper.
* Coordinated with the design department regarding production of daily layouts of the newspaper.
