Head of IT for Air-conditioning (SAMCO) and Refrigerator (SRMCO) Businesses

Responsible for business transformation, strategic planning, ERP systems, business processes simplification & automation. Implementing information technology projects and deploying necessary infrastructure in line with overall business strategy.

Provide executive leadership as Head of IT / CTO. Responsible for enterprise architecture, strategic IT planning, budgeting, project implementation and resource management to achieve organizational objective.

Responsible for:
 Long and short term strategic planning in line with corporate directions and business growth.
 Streamline existing business process for the successful implementation of ERP (SAP ECC 6) system.
 Identify and train resources for fast track implementation of ERP (SAP ECC 6) and other business solutions.
 Prepare and maintain long and short term IT business strategy and plan.
 Support and bring improvement in existing IT systems.
 Create awareness and culture of adaption through people management and leadership skill.
 Engage and appoint business partners for in time and effective support.
 Explore possibility of IT services outsourcing.
 Improve existing IT infrastructure.

Key Achievements:
 SAP Engineering Control Center (ECTR): BoM simplification and transformation from EBoM to PBoM automation, includes routing, cost center alignment.
 Warehouse Automation: Conceptualized automation of warehouse process by using latest industry business concept.
 Production Process Improvement: Identified new way of line management system to bring efficiency and improvement in production activities.
