Award of EPC contract: Award of contract within 5 months’ time.
Secured Generation licence: Secured generation license in 2 months’ time.
Saved 30 million in insurance negotiation: Arranged insurance cover for power plant by saving 30 million rupees by effective negotiation and efficient risk coverage.
NEPRA Tariff hearings: 2 times Represented Company on tariff public hearings.
Financial Close: Arranged financing for the project in 3 months’ time.
Tax Exemptions: Secured $ 33 million by securing all tax exemptions.

Being CFO & Company Secretary my major responsibilities were preparation of annual and monthly accounts, preparation of annual budget, processing of disbursements to institutes, reporting to the Board members, correspondence with governmental agencies.
Notable Achievements:
Raised the volume of fund: From $ 35 million to $ 70 million by raising sponsors contributions.
Saved $ 15 million by efficient and competitive skills trainings procurements and managed to train 20, 000 more people.
Earned 25% more income over funds deposits: Through negotiations with financial institutions and fixing deposits according to expected cash out flows successfully increased the return on deposits by 25%.
Development of SOPs: Proposed and developed Sops for accounts, procurement and Human resource departments successfully.
Improved accounting and performance information: Led implementation of new financial systems including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounting, and Financial statements.
