Prearranging and execution of the installation, commissioning and handing over activity of X-Ray Scanning & Explosive Detection Machines from Smith’s Detection.
Carefully charting and accomplishing the handling and assembly of X-ray Scanning & Explosive Detection Equipment parts according to the Schematics and Engineering Drawings.
Achieving compliance with installation standards performing the mentioned activities for the Standalone as well as in-line (with Baggage Handling System) Scanning & Detection Machines.
Directing and upholding the entailed as well as assigned documentations including technical reports, surveys, tool logs and the training materials.
Furnishing the clients with trainings about Safety, Operation and basic Maintenance of the equipment.
Supervising and managing the Service & Preventive Maintenance of different Standalone X-ray Scanning & Explosive Detection machines such as HS6040-2is, HS100100T and HS130130-2is.
Anticipating and implementing the Health and Safety rules for coworkers, environment and the equipment during Installations and Maintenance activities to avoid hazardous situations like Fire, Electrical Shock and X-Ray Exposure etc.
Projects:
(SCE) Security Check Equipment Installation at New Islamabad International Airport (NIIA).
Periodic Service & Preventive Maintenance of Standalone machines in Airports/Cargos, Embassies, Govt. Sector offices etc.
Achievements:
Prearranging and charting the operations of Erection, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of different CAT Gensets (Diesel) ranging from 7.5kVA to 110kVA ratings.
Administering the power related work on site(s) in Installation, Inspection and Troubleshooting of Electronic Modules, Control Panels such as Genset Panels, MCC Panels etc.
Performing calibrations of different Communication Modules, installing new softwares for upgradation and working with the controls based on C++ (Terberg), PLC (Siemens) and DCS systems.
Critically analyzing the Electrical Drawings and Schematics and modifying them for the achievement of the entailed goals.
Correlating multiple technical meetings, prearranging the meeting agendas and follow-ups for technical activities.
Monitoring as well as prolonging the quality of support during site operations and projects.
Furnishing the clients with trainings about Safety, Operation and basic Maintenance of CAT Generators.
Superintending the queries of clients and accomplishing post-completion visits for technical support.
Supervising the Periodic Preventive Maintenance of 50Hz Gensets like C1.1, C1.5 and C4.4 etc.
Identifying, analyzing, and recommending possible solutions that correspond to customer complaints and applications with respect to the CAT standards.
Projects:
The mentioned achievements were observed on several sites that include sugar mill, leather tanneries, chemical plants, commercial & private buildings, airport/cargo and banks.
BS Electronic Engineering | CGPA 3.15 | 73.47% | International Islamic University Islamabad – Pakistan | Sep 11 – Aug 15 Final Year Project: Smart Wheelchair with Health Monitoring System Designed a ‘Smart Driving’ module to control the movement & direction of wheelchair through ‘Gestures’ or ‘Motions’ of a close-fisted hand. It also has facility for Patients to wear the sensors on their hands or head depending on their medical condition. Also installed ‘Health Monitoring’ module to measure the Pulse Rate, Temperature and Blood Pressure of the patient on regular intervals. ‘GSM module’ was also installed to transmit the measured parameters to Doctor, Nurse or a Caretaker.
