• Managing Cash Flow and its projection on a daily basis.
• Bank Reconciliation on weekly basis.
• Handling accounts payables.
• Reconciliation of Excel Commission Sheet & Tally.
• Handling Property Management Accounts and follow-up with contractors for maintenance work.
• Invoicing to Developer & follow-up for payments.
