Development of IT and Administrative Infrastructure in National Assembly of Pakistan, Senate of Pakistan, Provincial Assembly of Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan and Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa ensuring the maximum availability and security of IT resources to honorable parliamentarians and secretariat staff.
Formulating plans for upgrades and procurement of needed hardware and software in collaboration with parliamentary IT staffers and parliamentary steering committees (PSCs). Identifying most appropriate and cost-effective inputs that will be sustainable in the longer term. Briefing PSCs and staff on how upgraded IT/communication capacity will improve capacity and ease conduct of legislative business. Relate PLSP implementation to e-government protocols. Identify parliamentary rules which may require adaptation to accommodate new technology or communication practices.
Organizing tenders oversee installation and draft follow on plan for maintenance/upkeep of new systems with PSCs and parliamentary staff.

tracking, communication among members and staff, archiving, record retrieval,

Training of IT officers in National and Provincial Parliament on
Managed the Open Source and Capacity Building Program of Govt. of Pakistan with a total cost of Rs. 120 million, namely the Open Source Resource Center, Automation of Industry on Open Source, Open Source Trainings, and Capacity Building of the Local IT Industry. Responsible for directing the projects resources; developing the project plan; and ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and with acceptable quality.
