Planning for Automation work (Security, Lighting and Audio control ) making estimation cost for the project then supervision for installing and programming systems.
Establishes project plans, milestones and deliverables.
Prepare Project plan that ensures the delivery of the project components (deliverables) against specific deadlines.
Management of Project Scope, Resources, Issues and Risks, Budget, Communications, and Procedures.
Participates in design reviews with technical project teams.
Co-ordinate with Finance to ensure that the client gets invoiced on completion of project deliverables.
Handle and communicate project extensions or changes in due dates and deliverables.
Update project status and advise upper management on project progress.
Works collaboratively within teams and contributes to group outcomes. Treat all individuals fairly and with respect through consistent behaviors.
Understands complex strategic concepts and relationships by analyzing problems from different points of view.
Obtains daily reports from technical leads to monitor project progress.
Management of quality assurance of project deliverables.
