My Responsibility is to Supporting and maintaining IT infrastructures and the network operations across multiple regional sites. Provide day to day technical support to
ensure system availability, network stability, and secure operations.
Key Achievements
• Monitor to support LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi networks to maintain high availability and performance.
• Diagnose Troubleshoot network problems related to switches, routers, firewalls and cables.
• Install, set up, and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and network equipment.
• Provide technical support to the users with L1 and L2, address hardware, software, and connectivity problems.

Handled GPON and FTTH network operations, resolved customer internet and IPTV issues, monitored alarms, and maintained service uptime using Huawei and iMaster tools.

• Troubleshoot the Technical issues of Customers regarding Fiber Network. Like(Port Forwarding, High Latency,
• Slow Browsing, WIFI interference, SMTP Domain Allow, Website inaccessible, , DNS issues, Static & Dynamic
• IP issues, NAT type 2, NAT type 3 etc.)
• Logged the Tickets of Customer Through Remedy Ticketing System (TransData).
• Solve the Technical issues of Customers Regarding IPTV & TRUTV STB BOX Ethernet & WIFI Disconnectivity.
• Domain Knowledge & Troubleshoot Single & Dual Band ONTS, Huawei Devices (OLT, Switches, Hub & Routers).
• Also Manage the IPTV & TRUTV Services Of Transworld Home.
