•HVAC capacity 7000 TR which includes Centrifugal chillers, Steam fired Absorption chillers, Pumps, RSR Unit, Cooling towers with side stream filtration plant, Air handling unit & Fan coil units with all allied pipingand operations & control works .

•HVAC Cooling & Ventilation system includes cooling & heating ducting system, Smoke Duct system & Exhaust Ducting system with all operational & control works.

• Hot Water Calorifier with hot water circulator pumps, Shell & tube Heat exchangers. With all operational & Control
Works.

• Fire Fighting Capacity 1500 USGPM which includes fire pumps (Electric & Diesel Operated) with test venture, Sprinklers system, Alarm Check valve system, Deluge system, Fire hydrants, Landing valves, Smoke Curtains & Fire Extinguishers.

•Water Supply Underground Submersible Pumps, Water Booster system, Sewerage Lifting stations with disposal system, Submersible lift pumps with disposal system, Rain

•Water disposal system.

•Filtration & circulation plant for Swimming pool water,

•Irrigation system for Outside Mall Planter Area.

•Compressed Air System for Control valves.
