Position: REGISTERED NURSE,
Area: Female surgical unit.
NURSE -Patient ratio: 1:4 and 1:6
Cases handled: all cases with surgical emergencies.

DUTIES: Providing comprehensive nursing care for patients including:
•Monitoring and documenting vital signs, neuro signs, intake and output.
•Attending doctors rounds.
•Checking intubation kit, emergency trolley and dressing trolley.
•Assisting in procedure.
•IV access insertion and drug infusion and preparation.
•Preceptor for Saad nursing college students and helping them to practice nursing management and skills.
