Rawafid Ahadarah the contract for financing, design, construction, O&M for 25 years of Shuqaiq III desalination plant III, located in the SW, will have a treatment capacity of 450, 000 m3 per day to serve 2 million people. In addition, it will have a photovoltaic installation. The project will be developed under a BOO (Built, Own and Operate) with a budget of 750 MM€. HSE experience in construction of substation 380kv/132kv/13.8kv BSP, Tower Erection, Dismantle, Tower Assembly and Testing Pre-Commissioning. Group leader for 3 safety manager supervisor and 13 safety officer in the project department central.
Responsibilities
Familiar with the international industry codes and standards related to intrinsically safe systems.
Developing and implementing HSE plans and procedures, as per international & SWCC’s standards.
Conduct activities and inspection in accordance to the project HSE plan.

Monitor daily HSE discipline activates and verifies compliance to project procedures, specification and standards.
Provides support for subcontractor.
Ensure site safety report and documentation in a legible and proper manner.
Communicates with other department regarding Hse problems by issuance of S.I.R (site inspection report) and NCR.
Provide expertise to advice and to avoid/resolve safety problems. Attend and contribute to site and project meetings.
Issue NCR & resolves problem with construction group.
Assist client during walk down, and ensure that company safety rules and procedure are fully respected.
