Responsibilities:
Reviewing material submittals including technical offer and financial offers compared with the Design documents and Hotels operator’s Standards.
Review shop drawings, as-built drawings & composite drawings with complete technical comments as per the local and international standards.
Site supervising, Inspections of (1st, 2nd, 3rd/final fix), Testing and commissioning.
Coordination of ELV/ requirements with Electrical, HVAC and Mechanical works.
Reviewing all systems calculations such as (FA battery, amplifier, voltage drop, CCTV storage calculations, .. etc.)
Reviewing the financial payment invoices compared with contracts.
Creation of the technical minutes of meetings.
Creation of NCRs of all non-conformance works.
Weekly & monthly work progress reports.
Coordinating with design team of each system.
