Build and maintain strong relationships with important partners. Be the main contact for client questions, needs, and problems. Understand each partner's unique needs and adjust our services accordingly. Make sure clients stay happy and keep coming back by going above and beyond what they expect. Monitor brand consistency across marketing channels and materials. Adhere to pre-set performance and quality KPIs in line with quality assurance guidelines. Achieve assigned revenue, sales, and retention targets. Handle customer emails, send proposals, and fulll requirements according to standard processes. Record all customer requirements (sales details) accurately in the system Monitor account performance and proactively address any issues or concerns.

Making videos and reels for social media clients.
Oversee film production for effective marketing initiatives.
Research and identify potential accounts to develop sales opportunities.
Identify decision-makers within targeted leads, initiating the sales
process. Penetrate all targeted accounts, driving sales within the existing
client base Collaborate with team members to devise strategic sales approaches.
Create and deliver qualified opportunities to enhance team productivity.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients in the digital
websites, SMSs marketing and telecommunications sectors.
Ensure client retention and satisfaction by exceeding their
expectations.
Work closely with the internal creative team to execute client
campaigns effectively with an eye on the promised deliverables.
Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue
targets and business objectives.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and
services to existing clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of
solutions and services to clients.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors
activities to inform account strategies.
Plan and oversee BTL marketing activities for effective execution.
Sustain a consistent company presence on social media, involving
content calendars and social media advertising.
Manage the digital presence of key clients, ensuring a robust online
footprint.
Strengthen business ties with clients through ongoing relationship
management.
Provide end-to-end project management for clients, ensuring
seamless execution.
Collaborate with brand, design, and development teams to create
compelling content, landing pages, applications, websites, banners,
and other digital projects.
Oversee BTL activation and execution for key brands, including
Carrefour, Packages Mall, and others within the client portfolio.
Responsible for executing and maintaining campaigns on BTL media
platforms, ensuring effective brand representation and engagement.
