•Headquarter based in Riyadh, alfanar owns one of the biggest Middle East’s manufacturing facility for electrical & building systems products ranging from Transformers, Cables, Sockets & Switches, MCB breakers, MV and Automation Panels, CFL & LED Lights, Precast, Ceramics, Aluminum & Steel.
•Alfanar Construction is also well known in Gulf and overseas for its reputable work in fields of Power Plants, Renewable Energy, Substations, Testing & Commission, MEP, Civil works and different other technical services.

Responsibilities

•Work closely with different alfanar divisions to plan and execute recruitment campaigns for local and international manpower requirements.
•Coordinate with the business units to create effective strategies and recruitment plan to full fill required number of manpower in timely and cost effective manner.
•Organize recruitment business trips and conduct personal HR Interviews for White and Blue collar candidates in overseas recruitment campaigns.
•Do constructive sourcing via job boards, LinkedIn & Social media to close white collar and blue collar vacancies in an effective and timely manner.
•Source Suitable candidates with in the kingdom of Saud Arabia for local hiring. (Preferable with Transferable Iqama’s)
•Do effective salary negations with the selected candidates.
•Create employment letters / job offers on SAP System for hired candidates. Make sure all the required documents are uploaded and processed on the system correctly.
•Coordinate with the HRA Department and overseas recruitment agencies to execute smooth visa processing of selected candidates. Make sure that selected candidates are available for deployment on projects on time
•Facilitate administration of employees recruitment files
•Conduct Employee Relationship Investigations for ER Department to identify actual reasons for employee resignation
•Prepare ER Files for further execution and necessary approval for action
•Perform all other task assigned by the department management for better performance of the recruitment department

Achievements
•Successfully sourced and hired more than 400 engineering professionals (Engineers, Site Managers, Project Managers etc.) for Alfanar Factories and Construction Projects inside and outside Saudi Arabia
•Successfully Sourced and hired more than 2000 Technicians & Labors (Industrial Electricians, Wiremen for MV Factory, Transformer Winders, Cables Testing Technician, Substation Testing and Commissioning technicians, Cable Jointers, Masons, Plumbers, Carpenters, Scaff folders, Sand Blaster, Heavy Equipment Operators, HTC and LTV Drivers
•Successfully executed more than 35 overseas recruitment campaigns

In House HR Duties

•Partner with Operations & HR Manager to plan and develop HR (Recruitment & Selection) strategies in order to meet Kaya Systems staffing needs in timely and cost effective manner.
•Design, write and advertise job descriptions for internal & external recruitment channels. Additionally screen and shortlist CVs that meet the job and company description published.
•Arrange and conduct HR Interviews of the shortlisted applicants that can be the best fit for the Kaya Systems culture and business practices.
•Ensure all applicants’/employees information is uploaded and updated in ATS (Applicant tracing Systems)/ HRMS Data Base and ensure strict confidentiality is maintained.

•Mutually Plan & develop “Sourcing Project Strategy” for sourcing quality candidates that meet client’s staffing requirements in timely and cost effective manner.
•Engage potential passive and active candidates via job boards/face to face meetings/phone/email/social sites to check their availability for the available roles and processed them accordingly for further recruitment process.
•Schedule and conduct interviews via (face to face meetings, VIOP, Skype) and forward the best available lot for the final interview with client.
•Efficiently develop candidates’ data base and update their status information in different ATS and CRM.
•Track and monitor sourcing projects performance by different software like Base Camp, ATS and Orange HRMS etc.
•Identify RPO industry trends and generate different client desired reports for improvements.
