As Assistant Resident Engineer, I interface with clients and contractor staff to determine and verify project requirements as per design. Check site condition for suitability prior to construction. All types of activities are observed and checked to ensure that work is executing with approved method and design. Structural activities such as Drilling of Bore Holes, Cage lowering & Pile Concreting, steel checking of Beams and casting, Post Tensioning of Beams, Diaphragms & Deck Slab are supervised at site as per design. Deck Slab Steel Checking & Concreting, Expansion joints and Railing activities are executed as per design.
Dualization & Improvement of Pindigheb-Kohat express way (package-1 34.569 km) via Jand links CPEC Motorway at Pindigheb interchange. The project involves dual carriage way with barrier, high level bridge, flyover, underpass and culverts. As A.R.E, I assist and monitor the performance of inspectors, Surveyors and lab-technicians. I also ensured project quality plans interface satisfactory with the contract requirements. Contractor daily progress report is also cross checked to verify all the sources including labor, equipment’s & Machinery and materials.
High level Bridge at Jand Pindigheb is 780 ft long, 120 ft height having 5 spans and a carriage way of 28 ft. The bridge contains 32 piles at central piers of dia 4ft and 4 piles at both abutments of dia 6.5ft.
High level Bridge at KAUR-NAKKA Pindigheb is 250 ft long, 50 ft height having 2 spans and a carriage way of 24 ft. The bridge contains 4 piles at central piers of dia 4ft and 6 piles at both abutments of dia 4’.
The High Level Bridge at Hasanabdal is 400 ft long having 12 piles of dia 5ft and a carriage way of 24 ft with 2 km TST Road. The Project also contain Guide Banks, aprons and Stone pitching etc.
Dual Slab Bridge at kamraa is 66 ft long having 18 piles and 3.30 Km dual road with a Carriage way of 26 ft was carpeted as per design. All layers of roads including embankment, Sub-Grade, Sub-Base and Base are supervised as per design. As Assistant Resident Engineer, I cross checked Road Levels and Supervised Compaction Test such FDT on Sub-Grade, Sub-Base and Base. Gradations, Cone calibration, finding unit Weight of Sand, Proctor for Sub-Grade, Sub-Base and Base etc, core cutting, core testing to check compaction and G.M.M etc for asphalt are supervised and conducted at site. Asphalt base coarse and wearing coarse activities are supervised as per design at site.
Providing Technical support, observe all types of structural activities, Preparing Bar Bending Schedule, Post Tensioning of girder and deck slab for High Level Bridge at Rawat and Curve Slab Bridge at Muree are supervised as per design. Technical assistance is given to other team members at site.
As sub-Engineer with Shibh Aljazeera Contracting Company Saudi Arabia, I performed duty at Anas bini Malik Road Riyadh where 500 meter long Box girder Fly-over is being constructed.
Activities such as Drilling of Bore Holes, Pile Caps, Deck Slabs and Box Girder Cast- in- Situe are supervised. In the same period I also performed duty at storm Drainage Pipe Line Network in about 30 sq km area in ARQA Riyadh where circular and box pipes are laying for storm drainage purpose.
As Surveyor, I checked invert level and top of pipe to maintain design slope for regular flow of storm water. Catch Basins and Manhole etc are installed as per design.
As Sub-Engineer/ Site Inspector with NESPAK at Rawalpindi - Islamabad Metro Bus Project Pkg-III (from Sixth 6th Road to IJP Road) supervising structural activities, Drilling of Bore Holes, Pile Caps, Y-shape Piers, Transoms, Girders and Deck Slabs etc as per drawing.

As Sub-Engineer/ Site Inspector with NESPAK Peshawar Office, I performed duty at District SHANGLA BESHAM, Where 188 m long reinforced cantilever box Girder Bridge having 03 spans, central span of 120 m is being constructed over river Indus.

As Sub-Engineer with M/S Akhunzada Fazal Jamil & CO, I performed duty at District Dir Timergara where 80 m long reinforced bridge having 04 spans is being constructed over river Panjkora; I also performed duty at Malakand Chakdara, where 35 km long road is being carpeted from Chakdara to Timergara. The package also includes 05 small bridges, sewerage and drainage system.
