1- overseeing plant operations such as budget, production schedule and stock.
2- analyzing production costs and inventory to establish areas for improvements.

 Obtain and provide turn over for the previous and upcoming Production supervisor.

 Insure in meeting customer deadlines.

 Insure appropriate communication with staff as well as management involving program changes, customer job updates, administrative human resources updates and changes.

 Maximize production personnel capabilities and implement procedures to improve efficiency.

 Insure the work area is always safety compliant.

 Implement existing production recipes and makes adjustments as necessary to produce product within specification.

 Managing process and material flows.

 Monitor uses of utilities.
 Develop the pvc compound recipes as per customer requirements.

 Process troubleshooting.

 Preplan to maintain plants.

 Online inspection of product to overcome problems.
