Strategy & Planning
• Collaborate with department heads to assess near- and long-term network capacity needs.
• Create and maintain documentation as it relates to network configuration, network mapping, processes, and service records.
• Develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for staff, usage, and disaster recovery.
Acquisition & Deployment
• Design and deploy LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including servers, routers, hubs, switches, UPSs, and otherhardware.

• Responsible for performing fiber optics assembly operations and LAN/WAN configuration, installation and troubleshoot.
• PABX installation, configuration of Avaya, Nortel, Panasonic and Linux based Asterisk PABX system etc.
• Interactive voice response (IVR) setup on Asterisk PABX and dial plan configuration etc.
