Coordinate with Consultants, Client’s inspectors to ensure compliance with the Health and
Safety legislation and standards.
 Preparing weekly and monthly statistics report.
 Follow up and implementation of traffic diversions as preapproved drawings.
 Follow up and implementation of TMP as per approved drawings.
 Carrying out safety Induction for new employees.
 Conducting Toolbox talk before every activity and keep record.
 Conducting training such as (MEPI, Man Machine Interface, Safe dump truck operation, Power
tools, Safe fueling) for all employees when required.
 Conducting weekly safety meeting with team Supervisors to ensure safety all over the project.
 Participate in Task Risk assessment Meetings.
 Preparing daily, weekly and monthly HSE reports and submitting to the consultant, Client and
contractor top management.
 Make arrangement for assembly Point Area, Smoking Shelter& rest Shelter etc.
 Ensure availability of firefighting equipment where ever necessary also train the workforce for
the correct use of the same.
 Preparation of necessary signs such as warning signs, Prohibition signs, Mandatory signs and
so on.
 Caring out regular and random inspection on the site and record the finding to take further
corrective actions.
 Ensure availabilities of fire extinguisher and First aid kit in every location.
 Ensure chemicals materials keep properly in the chemical storage area with MSDS and putted
signage’s and labelling.
 Ensure maintain good housekeeping on site.
 Reporting to Snr. HSE Officer and EHS Engineer.
