• Timely/ Real-time Data Backups.
• All Adobe Software’s Installation with Crack.
• All Microsoft OS Installation, Configuration with all drivers.
• Troubleshooting technical problems and implementing solutions.
• Monitor and remove virus, spyware, and other non-authorized software
• Maintaining up to date Antivirus levels on all machines company wide.
• Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate
with impacted constituencies
