Job Description:
Currently Working as field Engineer on roll out sites (ufone and moblink Mega project)
Commissioning the microwave transmission system RTN 900 series by using WEB LCT software HUAWEI equipment.
Installation and commissioning the HUAWEI FLAXI BTS-3900 all over activity, Alarm patching and checked from OMCR.
After integration, performing Troubleshooting and EXTERNAL ALARM TESTS and making log file in the OMC for the record.
Coordinate with Documentation Engineer
Regarding PISM coordinate with civil work.
Supervising Team member to label different cable.
Coordinate with team supervisors regarding on site issu
Coordination with the higher management.
Coordination with Higher Authority regarding different issues.
Responsible for ATP of Ufone RO BTS & MW Sites.
Planning and Successful execution of Commercial launch and ATPs of Target Sites.
Planning and Successful execution of Snag removal and Final Acceptance Activities.
Level 3 Technical Support to the teams working in the field.
On site troubleshooting of all BTS, MW and Power related issues.

Ericsson-Mobilink Mega SWAP 2G/3G/Roll Out Project
I have performed multifarious duties as a RAN Supervisor in the company regarding technical issues.
