Job Description:
 Currently Working as field Engineer on roll out sites (ufone and moblink Mega project)
 Commissioning the microwave transmission system RTN 900 series by using WEB LCT software HUAWEI equipment.
 Installation and commissioning the HUAWEI FLAXI BTS-3900 all over activity, Alarm patching and checked from OMCR.
 After integration, performing Troubleshooting and EXTERNAL ALARM TESTS and making log file in the OMC for the record.
 Coordinate with Documentation Engineer
 Regarding PISM coordinate with civil work.
 Supervising Team member to label different cable.
 Coordinate with team supervisors regarding on site issu
 Coordination with the higher management.
 Coordination with Higher Authority regarding different issues.
 Responsible for ATP of Ufone RO BTS & MW Sites.
 Planning and Successful execution of Commercial launch and ATPs of Target Sites.
 Planning and Successful execution of Snag removal and Final Acceptance Activities.
 Level 3 Technical Support to the teams working in the field.
 On site troubleshooting of all BTS, MW and Power related issues.
 On site Media (E1) Clearance of Rollout sites.
 Responsible for Media record management for PAC & FAC.
 Co-ordination with Customer for Acceptance Test Procedures.
 Troubleshoot and Clearance of Alarms with the NOC
 Perform Routine Quality Checks on Team’s Activity Ensuring all Step By Step Acceptance Testing Activities are completed as Scheduled.
 Prepare the installation Quality Audit Reports.

Ericsson-Mobilink Mega SWAP 2G/3G/Roll Out Project

 I have performed multifarious duties as a RAN Supervisor in the company regarding technical issues.
 Supervision of Installing antennas, DUW and B1 RRU’s for 3G Mobilink.
 Supervision of Installing Indoor & Outdoor Equipment (RBS 6000).
 Commissioning and Integration of RBS 6101, 6201, 6102 and 6301.
 Configure all the parameters in the RBS 6000 family.
 Checking E1 routing, RSL, Alarms, Transmitting and Receiving Frequency, Transmit Power for Minilink TN.
 Supervision of installing battery Banks and Emerson Rectifier.
 Generation and Verification of Internal and external Alarms of Indoor/Outdoor Sites.
 Worked as Team Lead on Ericsson Mobilink Swap.
 Pre-plan for all necessary software, resources, and tools for successful implementation of the project within the schedule time..
 Responsible for the end to end activities of all field activities including BSS, TXN and Power Swap.
 Maintain and update all Swap sites trackers,
 Strong hold on 2G Swap activities.
 Supervise the activities of both Cold & Hot swap.
 Coordination with OMC to resolve on site issues.
 Check the missing material on site according TRX configuration.
 Worked as Site Engineer on LDI/OFJAN Metro Node Survey.
 Survey for Optical Nodes of Ericsson SPO-1410 & SPO-1460 Family.
 Preparation of SIR(Site Investigation Report) for LDI/OFJAN Node.
 Worked as RAN Engineer on Mobilink Survey for 2G & 3G Implementation in C-II & C-III Region..
 Well known about the Quality Assurance & Quality Control Techniques used in Physical Installation.

Installation of Microwave Repeaters:
In hilly areas where it’s difficult in Line of Sight (LOS) for microwave links, MW repeaters are installed on top of hill covering both sides

CMPAK Power Optimization Project:
More than 150 sites for CMPAK Power optimization. This project included excavation construction of PAD Installation of underground battery banks, backfilling and compaction.
