. Pavement evaluation and condition survey for road pavement network.
. Prepared the maps and survey forms for selecting area.
. Daily base survey go on site and survey the roads and collecting the road distresses .
. Calculate the distress fill up the forms with the whole detail of road condition, bounds.
. Also update the new areas, road and parking’s. And give all detail to auto cad operator.
. After the daily survey finalize the data and enter in the system as data entry.
. Pre paired the monthly report, also detail about road surveyed.
. Perform road and / or structural tests, such as soil compaction, moisture content, aggregation, graduation, and concrete/asphalt coring.
. Inspect various facets of work on the construction site and perform continuous surveillance of assigned construction activities to ensure compliance with all applicable codes.
. Documents nonconformance to specification, codes and standards, and may be asked to participate in determining appropriate resolution.
. Attention to details and ability to work with various stakeholders will be required.
. Evaluate project details to ensure adherence to environmental regulations.
. Review and interpret plans, blueprints, site layouts, specifications, or construction methods to ensure compliance to legal requirements and safety regulations.
. Conduct inspections, using survey instruments, metering devices, tape measures, or test equipment.
. Maintain Daily logs and supplement inspection records with photographs.
. Measure dimensions and verify level, alignment, or elevation of structures of fixtures to ensure compliance to building plans and codes.
. Confer with owners, violators, or authorities to explain regulations or recommend remedial actions.
. Inspect and monitor construction sites to ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, or specifications.
. Inspect facilities or installations to determine their environmental impact.
. Monitor construction activities to ensure that environmental regulations are not violated.
. Train, direct, or supervise other construction inspectors.
. Conduct environmental hazard inspections to identify or quantify problems such as asbestos, poor air quality, water contamination, or other environmental hazards.
. Evaluate premises for cleanliness, such as proper garbage disposal or lack of vermin infestation.
