Planning & ensure management of the different Precision cooling infra-structure implementation, operations, maintenance SLA teams deployment & resources to facilitate Data-Com customers across my region which includes management of more than 30 sites in central Punjab and south region, This role further includes design & planning for new Installations of HVAC Precision Cooling Solutions, Electrical Operations, IBMS Operations, Telecom underfloor & aisle Infra structure assessment's & revamping along with design proposals generation.
Design Review for construction implementation, Technical Assistance to Management, Project Constrains Evaluation and Planning, Witnessing and acceptance of TAB & Commissioning of Air/Water side system, on site Materials Management, Contractual meetings Participations & Documentation, BMS System Implementation & Operational Test & Witnessing, Contract Management & Bills Clearance, Overall jobs Scheduling, Handing &Taking over Procedures implementations.
