Worked as a Project Site Manager on Sulfur Railcar Loading Facilities Project under Asyad International Company Limited for Khursaniyah Gas Plant (KGP), Wasit Gas Plant (WGP) and Berri Gas Plant (BGP) in Al-Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

The Purpose of the proposed facilities is to support the Kingdom strategy of developing the Wa“ad Al-Shamaal Industrial City that will focus on phosphoric acid based industries. The Project will allow Transporting 10, 000 metric ton per day of Molten Sulfur from KGP, WGP and BGP to Ma“aden Facilities at Wa“ad Al-Shamaal and Ras Al-Khair.

Major Accountabilities Are:
• Managing and leading the Project Team and Coordinate with Client and Contractor, make Schedule of E&I work
• Detailed Project planning and Control including:
• Developing and Maintaining a Detailed Project Plan as per Saudi Aramco Engineering Standard (SAES).
• Monitoring Project Progress and Performance on Daily Basis.

Worked as a Project Engineer (Electrical) as consultant. Riyadh PP-12 project is a greenfield combined cycle power plant. The project consists of GE Power 7F.05 class-F Gas Turbines of a nominal capacity of 140-170 MW each at rated site conditions capable of operating in a simple cycle mode plus appropriate Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSGs) Steam Turbine Generators (GE Power STF30C) & balance of plant auxiliary equipment to provide a complete combined cycle power plant from fuel & raw water receiving to high voltage interconnection. Total Capacity is 2, 170MW, Project Value is 1.25 billion US$.

Major Accountabilities Are:
• Direct or coordinate construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, or testing activities to make sure compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements.
• Undertake the professional management and execution of contract and project works including Observation of work to identify standards are applied

• Managing time and manpower for executing the annual and major overhauls and prepare overhaul work reports
• Supervise and monitor the progress of all types of routine, breakdown and planned maintenance activities, so as to minimize down time for the equipment for increased plant availability
• Carry out engineering investigation of plant defects as necessary and undertake other engineering investigation and test work
• Ordering of plant spares and set track stock level so as to avoid shortage of spares during major overhaul and routine maintenance of the plant for increased plant availability
• Taking participation in the identification and correction of engineering problems as directed by instrument engineer
