. Routine audits of Fryer Boil out (FBO), CIP and Open plant cleaning (OPC) at plant site.
• Collaborate as a core member of the Key Account Management team to deliver business planning and strategic sales development for customers
• Align company's value proposition to the customer's business strategy to drive continuous improvement on service level, enhance customer loyalty while securing enhanced supply chain integration and efficiency
• Interact with various internal and external stakeholders like Planning, Production, Procurement, Logistics, Quality Assurance, Sales & Marketing and ultimately Customer Representatives
• Secure supply chain integrity of packaging material including order management, design administration, invoicing, claim administration, logistics and after-sales support
• Understand the customer's specific supply chain needs and design a customized account plan and continuously improve service levels
• Identify and drive 'easy to do business' strategies according to customer's needs and profile - VMR, E-business etc alongside execution of routine order management and design administration activities
• Identify continuous improvement projects with mutual benefits (both for the customer and company) and driving value creation to lead and deliver tangible results
• Forecast and operationalise tactical sales planning to deliver on committed sales estimates while also enabling strategic material planning to deliver supply chain flexibility and efficiency
.Retaining existing customer with service visits
. Passivation of equipment during plant startup and Shutdown
. Developing avenues for sales enhancement in Textile, beverages paints and Power sector
. Preparing Monthly report with all KCP and KPI
. Maintaining SOP`s of Water treatment at plant site.
. Performing live testing on plant site to check all parameters.
