Analyzing warehouses & Branches stock situation periodically in order to prevent excessive stocking and removal of dead stock.

Working closely with sales team to provide maximum support in their sales operation in order to retain and increase market share.
Placing different type of claims such as wrong parts, pricing issues, excess shipment, short shipments etc. Preparing strong cases in order to be assured that our claims are accepted.
Running different reports over Kerridge, DPOS in order to identify back orders, lost sales, MOS, Costing etc.
Preparing presentations from scrap to present to upper management and defining further SOP’s to meet organization goals.
Conducting Training Sessions for sales/inventory/warehouse teams to improve quality of work in organization.
