- Led the successful digitisation of B2B Payments for Corporates and Distributors, generating PKR 3.6 billion in transactions within the first year of the product launch, while mobilising PKR 100 million in deposits and PKR 2 million in revenue.
- Leading the development of a comprehensive B2B Ordering and Islamic Embedded Financing platform, enabling Distributors and Corporates to buy, finance, and pay for their goods in a single streamlined solution.
- Demonstrated exceptional client management skills, successfully onboarding various Corporates for B2B Payments, and currently managing a portfolio of over 60 distributors.
- Actively driving the adoption of Person to Merchant Payments via QR, as mandated by the State Bank of Pakistan, resulting in seamless payments for over 12, 000 existing Bank Alfalah merchants through the RAAST network.
- Managing the end-to-end product development of Tokenisation of Debit and Credit Cards, overseeing UI/UX, securing scheme approvals, and leading comprehensive testing of the product.
- Overseeing the development of open-looped Prepaid Cards, providing digital payment options for consumers without a bank account, and successfully launching the product to market.

- Successfully digitised and revamped Bank Alfalah's Management Trainee Program ALFA LEAD, onboarding 49MTs in 2019, 23MTs in 2020, and 40MTs in 2021, leading to improved efficiency and a more streamlined process.
- Spearheaded competency-based recruitment for the ALFA LEAD Management Trainee and Internship Program, overseeing digital gamified tests, video interviews, online assessment centres, and panel interviews.
- Focused on employer branding for Bank Alfalah, utilising recruitment videos, social media management, university engagement (career fairs and recruitment drives), and campus ambassador program, resulting in close to 10, 000 yearly registrations for the Management Trainee Program.
- Developed individual career development roadmaps, including long-term rotation plans, to ensure accelerated growth and development for Management Trainees.
